Q: What's your shipping policy? We understand the excitement of getting your haircare in to your hands as quick as possible so all orders go out on the next available courier, either on day of purchase or the next business day.

Q: How do I track my order's journey to my doorstep? A: The anticipation of hair mail! We'll send you tracking details, so you can follow your package's fabulous journey from our store to your front door, strand by strand. 

Q: Do you have a loyalty program? A: "We believe in rewarding loyalty like a favorite hair tie – check out our loyalty program at checkout for exclusive perks that'll make you smile."

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged? A: Oops, it seems like a little hair-raising hiccup has occurred! No need to fret. Just let us know as soon as your haircare arrives with an unexpected twist, and we'll swiftly get to work making things right. Your satisfaction and hair happiness are our top priorities!

Q: What if a product just doesn't jive with my vibe? Can I send it back? A: Got a case of buyers remorse? Fear not! Our return policy is as forgiving as a best friend after a bad haircut.

Q: I purchased the wrong product can you amend my order? A: Absolutely! we are all about second chances, just like that time you boxed dyed your hair. We know you can easily make the wrong choice. Just flick me an email and we can process your amendments faster than fixing a bad hair day.

Q: Can your in-store experts rescue me from hair havoc? A: You bet we can.. Qualified expert with a career based around hair and scalp analysis. They'll provide you with tailored solutions, professional advice, and the right products to transform your hair from chaos to perfection. Rest assured, your hair will be in skilled hands! 

Q: Can I review products I've purchased? A: "Absolutely! We love hearing about your hair adventures. Leave a review on the product page and let the world know about your experience. Then you'll automatically go in the draw to win a $50 voucher.

Q: Are your products sulfate-free/paraben-free/silicone free/etc.? A: "Absolutely! Our products are so clean they could give your conscience a run for its money. No sulfates, no parabens, no silicones and definitely no bad hair days. We're all about hair love without the drama!"

Q: Are your products tested on animals? A: Never! We love animals too much to involve them in our hair experiments. All our products are proudly cruelty-free.
