Ingredient Highlights

Glycerine - is a humectant which draws moisture in to the hair, it also has a protective barrier to prevent moisture from leaving the hair while also protecting from heat and the environment.

Green Tea Extract - supports healthy hair growth due to its high levels of the plant compound EGCG; stimulating hair follicles by inhibiting the DHT hormone linked to hair loss. High in anti-oxidants it also prevents cell damage reducing the signs of aging on the scalp by reducing oxidative stress.

Red clover - smooths, softens and add volume to the hair, while anchoring the hair during the anagen phase which reduces hair fall. Being a natural DHT blocker it can mitigate issues of hair loss and thinning.

Saccharide Isomerate - Is a 100% natural plant-based moisturiser that mimics the carbohydrate faction of the skin. With 72hrs of hydrating and moisturising ability; binding for longer than other moisturisers. 

Hibiscus - Rich in flavonoids, anti-oxidants and amnio acids it helps to nourish the scalp and follicles, strengthening the hairs anagen phase and stimulating growth by pushing dormant follicles back in to the growing phase faster. Prevents a itchy scalp and dandruff by acting like an astringent to reduce excess oil secretion. Conditions hair strands by locking in moisture, reducing frizz and preventing split ends.

Panthenol - a humectant designed to penetrate deep within the hair and scalp, preventing breakage caused by brushing and styling while soothing the scalp and protecting from environmental stressors. 

Coffee Bean Extract - anti-inflammatory properties and stimulating abilities this power antioxidant helps to widen the blood vessels for better flow of nutrients to the feed your hair and scalp.

Rosemary - anti-inflammatory properties help with scalp concerns like dandruff, dermatitis by reducing excess oil. Its active ingredient Carnosic acid has been found to heal tissue and nerve damage which leads to restored hair growth which in some studies has also been seen to help with those suffering alopecia.

Liquorice - has a soothing effect on the scalp due to its natural anti-inflammatory properties helping with scalp conditions like dermatitis and eczema. Stimulates growth and hydrates and moisturisers the hair and scalp.

Pumpkin Seed - rich in zinc which keeps scalp healthy, promoting growth. Magnesium strengthens the hair shaft preventing breakage and Omega-3 fatty acids nourish the scalp and hair follicles prompting healthy growth.

Lysine - is a essential amnio acid (the building blocks of the hair) which your body doesn't natural produce it can only be obtained by food or supplementation. Topical application has been found to help with formation of collage the foundation for healthy hair growth. Blocks DHT  the hormone linked to hair loss.

Process and dispatch time

All orders will be dispatched on the same business day if payment is made before 9am. All orders placed after 9am will be dispatched the next business day. Orders made from 9am Friday - Sunday will be dispatched Monday.

All orders placed before or during a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

We periodically take leave from packing orders when our dispatch team are unavailable, this information will be emailed to all email subscribers before the closure and visible on our website www.halohaircare.co.nz via a pop-up. 

Shipping time frame

We partner with New Zealand post and all orders are processed on overnight delivery for all orders national and international.

Tracking 

We track all orders and you will receive your unique tracking code to your allocated email from NZ post and their international partners and directly from Halo Haircare Society. 

Returns & Refunds

Although we think you will love HALO Haircare, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.

What items can I return?

• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Only items that are purchased via www.halohaircare.co.nz

How do I return?

Please email hello@halohaircare.co.nz and we will provide a return code for your order, within 14 days of your shipment

Send your items back in their original packaging. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and holding on to the receipt until the goods have been signed for as we will not be liable for any lost parcels.

We do not refund the cost of the postage to you or the returned cost of postage. This cost is solely yours to cover.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your order is received and inspected the returns team will process this through our system and any credits will normally take 1-3 working days.

We will process your refund to the original method you used for payment as soon as we receive your returned products.

Replacements will be processed through the system and where possible will be dispatched on the same day.

What items are non-refundable?

Any free gift or promotional item.

Damaged items

We do all we can to ensure that your Halo haircare order arrives in perfect condition. If there is damage to the product inside the box (wear and tear on the box and outer wrapping isn’t unusual and would not be replaceable), please send us an email at hello@halohaircare.co.nz and we will sort the issue out.

Ordering

To place an order through the online shop on the Website, you must provide:

1. a valid shipping address;
2. a valid email address and a telephone number; and
3. payment details which are acceptable to us or the relevant payment processor you have selected on our Website, such as credit or debit card details

We accept your order, and a contract is formed between us, on approval of your payment and we (or the relevant payment processor) receive payment from you for the order.

Title to the products passes to you when we receive full payment for the products. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery of the product to the nominated shipping address.

You may pay for your order using any of the payment methods set out on the Website. Payments made using a payment processor are subject to that payment processor’s terms and conditions. Please review the relevant payment processor’s terms and conditions before making a payment.

You must ensure that the information you provide to us in connection with an order is accurate, complete and current.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, including if the products are not available or if there is an error in the price of the products displayed on the Website.

We may, in our sole discretion where acting reasonably, restrict the quantity of products which may be added to an order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you promptly of the change or cancellation by contacting the email and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
