Your new routine -
- Brush scalp twice daily to lift flakes and excess oil.
- Use Groom and Go to mechanically remove thicken build-up of dead skin cells.
- Wet hair. Mix 1-1 Rejuvenate Dust and Shampoo together and apply to scalp, massage well for at least a minute with Boost Brush
- Rinse and repeat with shampoo only, massage well for another minute.
- Blot dry hair.
- Apply Reinforcement Treatment to scalp and hair. Leave on for at least 4 minutes, but up to 20 minutes as a scalp treatment. Rinse.
- Immediately after showering apply 1 pump of Revitalise Serum to the scalp and leave on.
- As soon as flakes reappear wash scalp.

Process and dispatch time
All orders will be dispatched on the same business day if payment is made before 9am. All orders placed after 9am will be dispatched the next business day. Orders made from 9am Friday - Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
All orders placed before or during a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
We periodically take leave from packing orders when our dispatch team are unavailable, this information will be emailed to all email subscribers before the closure and visible on our website www.halohaircare.co.nz via a pop-up.
Shipping time frame
We partner with New Zealand post and all orders are processed on overnight delivery for all orders national and international.
Tracking
We track all orders and you will receive your unique tracking code to your allocated email from NZ post and their international partners and directly from Halo Haircare Society.
Returns & Refunds
Although we think you will love HALO Haircare, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.

How do I return?
Please email hello@halohaircare.co.nz and we will provide a return code for your order, within 14 days of your shipment
Send your items back in their original packaging. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and holding on to the receipt until the goods have been signed for as we will not be liable for any lost parcels.
We do not refund the cost of the postage to you or the returned cost of postage. This cost is solely yours to cover.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your order is received and inspected the returns team will process this through our system and any credits will normally take 1-3 working days.
We will process your refund to the original method you used for payment as soon as we receive your returned products.
Replacements will be processed through the system and where possible will be dispatched on the same day.
What items are non-refundable?
Any free gift or promotional item.

Damaged items
We do all we can to ensure that your Halo haircare order arrives in perfect condition. If there is damage to the product inside the box (wear and tear on the box and outer wrapping isn’t unusual and would not be replaceable), please send us an email at hello@halohaircare.co.nz and we will sort the issue out.
Ordering
To place an order through the online shop on the Website, you must provide:
- a valid shipping address;
- a valid email address and a telephone number; and
- payment details which are acceptable to us or the relevant payment processor you have selected on our Website, such as credit or debit card details
We accept your order, and a contract is formed between us, on approval of your payment and we (or the relevant payment processor) receive payment from you for the order.
Title to the products passes to you when we receive full payment for the products. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery of the product to the nominated shipping address.
You may pay for your order using any of the payment methods set out on the Website. Payments made using a payment processor are subject to that payment processor’s terms and conditions. Please review the relevant payment processor’s terms and conditions before making a payment.
You must ensure that the information you provide to us in connection with an order is accurate, complete and current.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, including if the products are not available or if there is an error in the price of the products displayed on the Website.
We may, in our sole discretion where acting reasonably, restrict the quantity of products which may be added to an order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you promptly of the change or cancellation by contacting the email and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
If we accepted an order from you, the applicable version of the Terms will be the version of the Terms that was in place at the time your order was accepted.
